If you have been trading options on Webull for any length of time you already know the feeling. You find a stock you like. The chart looks clean. You open the options chain and suddenly you are staring at forty strikes across six expiration dates trying to figure out which Delta is right, whether IV is too high to buy calls, how much Theta will eat your position over the weekend, and what happens to your P&L if the stock drops 4% before Friday.

Webull does not answer those questions in one place. The Webull Options Swing Trading Suite — SwingOptimus — is a free browser-based tool at swingoptionstrade.base44.app that solves every Webull options pain point simultaneously. No subscription. No login. Open it and start trading smarter today. 📈⚡

The 6 Webull Options Pain Points — Solved

01
No portfolio Greeks dashboard
Webull shows Greeks per position but never your total exposure across all open swings simultaneously. You're flying blind on your aggregate Delta and Theta.
Solved by the Greeks Calculator tab
02
No options-specific swing scanner
Webull's screener filters stocks not options setups. There is no way to scan for high IV Rank, liquid chains, and upcoming earnings as a combined filter.
Solved by the Options Scanner tab
03
Theta decay blindness
Webull does not show how much your position loses per day to time decay across your full options book. The number one killer of swing options trades.
Solved by the Theta decay chart
04
No scenario modeling
What happens to your call if the stock drops 5% by Friday? Webull has no what-if modeling for multi-day swing positions.
Solved by the Strategies tab
05
Strike selection paralysis
40 plus strikes and 6 expiration dates with no decision framework. Which Delta for a 5-day swing? Which DTE avoids maximum Theta? Most traders guess and pay for it.
Solved by the Cheat Sheet tab
06
No swing-specific trade journal
Webull logs fills but has no journal for tracking IV at entry, your thesis, which Greek mattered most, and what you learned from each swing trade.
Solved by the Trade Journal tab

The core insight: Webull is an excellent execution platform — fast fills, good options chain display, and zero commission. But it was not designed to be a swing trader's analysis suite. SwingOptimus is the analysis layer that sits alongside Webull. Use Webull to execute the trade and SwingOptimus to make every decision leading up to that execution. Together they are a complete professional-grade setup at zero cost.

9 Tools Inside SwingOptimus — What Each One Does

👁️
Watchlist — 12 hot stocks pre-loaded for options swing trading
Pre-loaded with 12 carefully selected stocks for 2026 — NVDA, TSLA, AMZN, META, PLTR, MU, MSFT, SPY, QQQ, JPM, XOM, and MSTR. Each card shows IV, IV Rank, beta, earnings date, setup grade, and the exact strategy recommended right now. Filter by Bullish, Bearish, or Neutral instantly.
Filter by Grade A, IV Rank 20-45, and Beta above 1.2 for the highest probability setups.
🔢
Greeks Calculator — the tool Webull should have built
Enter your ticker, option type, stock price, strike, premium, DTE, IV, and contracts. Get full Greeks — Delta, Theta, Vega, Gamma — plus daily Theta cost in dollars, break-even price, 50% stop level, 100% target, DTE risk assessment, and IV signal. A visual Theta decay chart shows how your position erodes day by day.
Run this on every options trade before entering it in Webull. If the daily Theta cost makes you uncomfortable looking at the chart — the DTE is too short or the position is too large.
♟️
Strategies — 8 options strategies with Webull execution instructions
Long Call, Long Put, Bull Call Spread, Bear Put Spread, Pre-Earnings Straddle, Cash Secured Put, Covered Call, and Iron Condor. Each strategy includes ideal conditions, exact setup, risk and reward, and step-by-step Webull execution instructions. No more Googling how to place a multi-leg order mid-session.
The Pre-Earnings Straddle card is particularly valuable — enter 7-10 days before earnings, close 1 day before the print. IV crush will destroy you if you hold through earnings.
🔍
Options Scanner — find setups matching your criteria
Filter all 12 stocks by strategy type, IV Rank range, beta, earnings timing, options volume, and setup grade. Get an instant filtered table with every stock meeting your exact criteria. This solves Webull's biggest limitation — finding options setups rather than just stocks.
Bullish market day? Filter for long calls and bull spreads. Uncertain? Filter for premium selling or straddles. The scanner matches your market view to the right setups.
📊
Option Chain Builder — visualise before you trade
Enter any stock price, IV, and DTE — get a visual options chain across 11 strikes with Delta, estimated premium, and Theta for both calls and puts. ITM options highlighted in green and red. ATM strikes highlighted in gold. Know your target strike before opening Webull.
Build your chain in SwingOptimus first, identify your target strike, then open Webull to execute. Eliminates the paralysis of staring at a live chain with prices moving.
📐
Position Size Calculator — stop over-sizing your trades
Enter account size, risk percentage, premium, max loss percentage, target gain, and Delta. Get exact contracts to buy, total cost, max risk in dollars, target gain, and percentage of account deployed. Four sizing rules displayed alongside results — the 2% rule, 50% stop rule, 25% max allocation, and DTE rule.
If the calculator says 1 contract and you wanted 5 — that is not an error. That is the calculator saving your account from a position 5x too large for your risk parameters.
📓
Trade Journal — the tool that makes you better over time
Log every swing trade with full options metadata — ticker, strategy, entry and exit premium, contracts, strike, DTE, IV, thesis, exit reason, and what you learned. Running win rate, total P&L, trades logged, and average P&L per trade tracked automatically. Over time this becomes your most valuable trading asset.
Log every trade including the ones you don't want to think about. The losses teach you more than the wins.
📋
Cheat Sheet — complete options swing reference
Strike Selection Rules for four swing scenarios. DTE Selection Guide with four zones from danger to safe territory. The 7 Biggest Options Mistakes on Webull. Six Webull-Specific Pro Tips covering chain filtering, alert setting, desktop vs mobile, limit orders, paper trading, and chart profiles.
Keep the Cheat Sheet open on a second monitor during every trading session. The strike selection rules and DTE guide alone will save you from the most expensive beginner mistakes.

How to Use SwingOptimus — The Right Workflow

1
Open SwingOptimus before the market opens
Go to swingoptionstrade.base44.app before 9:30 AM. Keep it open alongside Webull. Start on the Watchlist tab to review which of the 12 stocks has the best setup based on pre-market action.
2
Run the scanner for today's conditions
Go to the Scanner tab. Filter by your strategy preference. Bullish market? Filter for long calls and bull spreads. Uncertain? Filter for premium selling or straddles. Pick your top 2-3 candidates.
3
Build the option chain for your target
Option Chain Builder tab. Enter your stock's price, IV, and intended DTE. Identify the strike with the Delta you want and note the premium. Takes 60 seconds and eliminates chain paralysis in Webull.
4
Calculate Greeks and Theta cost
Greeks Calculator tab. Enter the exact option you're considering. Look at the Theta decay chart. Is the daily cost manageable? Is break-even realistic? Is DTE in the sweet spot? All three yes — proceed.
5
Size the position correctly
Position Size Calculator. Enter your account size and risk parameters. The tool tells you the exact number of contracts. Enter that number in Webull with a limit order at the midpoint. Not more. Not less.
6
Execute in Webull — log in the Journal immediately
Place the trade in Webull with a limit order. The moment it fills open the Trade Journal in SwingOptimus and log the entry. Write your thesis while fresh. Log IV, DTE, strategy. Two minutes. Builds the most valuable database you will ever own.

"The traders who win consistently with options are not the ones with the best instincts. They are the ones with the best process. SwingOptimus is the process."

The First 20 Minutes of Trading Are Make or Break — Here Is the Free Tool That Gives You the Edge

The First 20 Minutes of Trading Are Make or Break — Here Is the Free Tool That Gives You the Edge

The First 20 Minutes of Trading Are Make or Break — Here Is the Free Tool That Gives You the Edge ⚡📈

9:30 AM to 9:50 AM.
The Most Important 20 Minutes
in the Entire Trading Day.
The opening range sets the tone for the whole session. Most traders lose money in it because they can't read the signals fast enough. This free tool changes that — instantly. No subscription needed. Open it and trade smarter. ⚡

Live signals generated

You open your charts at 9:30 AM. The bell rings. Prices start moving fast. You're watching a line chart on TradingView on the 2-minute timer and trying to figure out three things at once: is this a breakout or a fake? Is the momentum real? And what are the opening range levels? If you're doing all of that in your head while prices move in real time — you already know the problem.

The first 20 minutes of trading are chaotic, fast, emotionally charged, and filled with fake moves designed to get you on the wrong side before the real direction establishes itself. It is genuinely the hardest period of the trading day — and also the most profitable one for traders who get it right. There is a free tool built specifically for this exact window. It is called the First 20 Minutes Analyzer and you can use it right now at firsttwentytrading.base44.app. 📈⚡

Why the First 20 Minutes Destroy Most Traders

The opening 20 minutes of every trading session is not random. It is a structured battle between buyers and sellers that follows a repeatable pattern — but only if you know how to read it. Most retail traders don't read it. They react to it. And reacting to it is how you lose money before 10 AM. Here are the four specific pain points with using a standard TradingView line chart on a 2-minute timer during the first 20 minutes:

01
Too much noise, not enough signal
Every micro-wiggle looks equally important on a 2-minute line chart. A $0.05 fluctuation looks identical to a $0.50 real move. You cannot tell noise from signal at a glance when prices are moving this fast.
Solved by momentum scoring
02
No opening range context on the chart
TradingView's default line chart shows you price movement but does not automatically mark the OR High and OR Low — the two levels that define whether a move is a real breakout or a fake.
Solved by automatic OR overlay
03
No session time awareness
You're watching price with zero visual cue about how many minutes into the session you are. Missing the 9:50 AM mark — when first-hour volatility typically settles — is extremely easy during a fast market.
Solved by live 9:30 session clock
04
No momentum direction clarity
A line going sideways tells you nothing. Is this consolidation before a breakout or distribution before a dump? Without a momentum read across all logged bars you are just guessing — and guessing costs you money.
Solved by momentum meter

The core insight: The opening range — the high and low set in the first 10 to 15 minutes of trading — is the single most important reference point of the entire day. A price breaking above the OR High with volume is a long signal. A price breaking below the OR Low is a short signal. Everything else in the first 20 minutes is noise until that break happens.

What the First 20 Minutes Analyzer Actually Does

⏰
Live session clock — the 9:30 countdown bar
A real-time clock tracks the trading session from the moment you open the tool. A progress bar fills across the first 20 minutes — green in the first 14 minutes, shifting to amber as you approach the critical 9:50 AM mark. You always know exactly how much of the first-hour window remains.
The clock turns amber at 70% elapsed to alert you that the high-probability window is closing fast.
📊
Line chart with automatic OR High and OR Low overlay
As you log each 2-minute bar the tool draws your line chart and automatically calculates the opening range high and low. These are plotted as dashed overlay lines — green for OR High, red for OR Low — so you can see at a glance exactly where price is relative to the range. Fibonacci extension targets for both directions are calculated instantly.
The chart shades the opening range zone in blue so the space between OR High and OR Low is visually obvious at all times.
⚡
Momentum meter — bulls vs bears across all logged bars
Instead of eyeballing whether a move is real, the momentum meter calculates the ratio of bullish to bearish 2-minute bars and displays it as a visual bar. Bull pressure on the right. Bear pressure on the left. You know in one glance whether 7 of 10 bars are green or whether the reds are building up for a breakdown.
A momentum score above 40% bullish with price above the OR High is one of the highest probability long setups in first-hour trading.
▶️
Bar-by-bar playback — the fastest way to improve
After you log your full session you can replay it bar by bar at slow, normal, or fast speed. Watch the signals change as each 2-minute bar is added. See exactly which bar the momentum shifted. See when the OR break happened. See what the signals were saying right before the big move. Reviewing your sessions this way will make you a measurably better first-hour trader.
Hit Load demo data first to see a full AAPL sample session played back — it takes 30 seconds and shows you everything the tool can do.

Reading the Signals — What Each One Means

Signal
Type
What to do
Bullish breakout
Bullish
Price above OR High with momentum. Look for retest of OR High as support — enter long on the bounce.
Bearish breakdown
Bearish
Price below OR Low with bearish momentum. Bounce to OR Low as resistance — enter short.
Building bullish pressure
Bullish
More bull bars than bear bars but still inside OR. Watch the OR High — do not enter before the break.
Building bearish pressure
Bearish
More bear bars inside the range. Watch the OR Low — break below with volume is your short signal.
Consolidating inside OR
Neutral
No directional bias. Sit on your hands. Wait for a decisive close outside the range before acting.
Above OR — watch for retest
Bullish
Above OR High but momentum not confirming. Pullback to OR High and a hold is your high-probability long entry.

How to Use It — Step by Step

1
Open the tool before the bell
Go to firsttwentytrading.base44.app before 9:30 AM. Enter your ticker symbol, previous close, and pre-market price. Hit Load demo data first to see how everything works before your live session begins.
2
Log each 2-minute bar as it closes
Every 2 minutes from 9:30 enter the Open, High, Low, and Close from your broker or TradingView chart. Add volume if you have it. Hit Add 2-min bar and watch the chart and signals update instantly.
3
Read the six signals — not just the line
Stop staring at the line. Look at the six signal cards. The Overall Signal tells you the most important thing in plain English. The OR Position card tells you whether the breakout has happened yet. Act on the signals not your gut.
4
Use the OR levels as your entry and stop
Long entry is a confirmed break above OR High. Stop is placed just below OR High. Short entry is a confirmed break below OR Low. Stop is just above OR Low. The levels are calculated for you automatically — no mental math needed.
5
Watch the clock and respect the window
When the session clock goes amber you are at 70% of the 20-minute window. If you don't have a clear signal by 9:50 AM the trade is off. The first-hour edge is gone and you wait for the next setup. Discipline over FOMO every single time.
6
Replay your session every single day
After your session hit Play and watch your bars replay. When did the signal flip? When should you have entered? When should you have stayed out? This one habit will improve your first-hour trading faster than anything else you can do.

"The opening range is the most powerful concept in day trading. The trader who identifies it clearly, acts on the break confidently, and exits if it fails — wins the first hour more often than not."
